Whole House Ventilation with Heat Recovery for a fresher, healthier home

Options and extras

Air supply and extract grilles

Available in plastic, coated steel or stainless steel the extract and supply grilles are similar in appearance. elements to prevent extracted dust and particles from entering the duct system.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Duct fittings

Complete range of duct fittings including bends, tees and reducers. Available plan or factory insulated.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Rigid circular duct system

Galvanised steel spiral duct supplied in 3m lengths. Available factory insulated for "cold roof" installation.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
External connections

Grilles for mounting in vertical walls and soffits or roof terminals complete with flashing plate for slate or tile roof mounting.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Rectangular plastic ducts

Plastic ducts are designed for installation in situations where space is at a premium. Used where ceiling space is limited below concrete floors or for the installation of vertical drops in stud walls.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Semi rigid ducts

Aluminium corrugated ducts supplied in 4 metre lengths compressed to 1 metre for transit. The ducts are easily formed by hand to bends or offsets for rapid installation especially in engineered flooring systems e.g. web joists or I beams. The purpose designed worm drive duct clamps allows rapid fixing with high strength joints. Can be supplied factory insulated for use in cold areas or for inlet and exhaust ducts in warm roofs.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Control units

The standard control unit is located adjacent to the Central air unit and is set at installation to provide the correct level of ventilation to suit the requirements of the dwelling. A manual boost switch is located in a position convenient to the user to allow the system to be operated at maximum for short periods to cope with high load situations. An optional PIR sensor achieves the same function automatically, ideal for bathrooms and toilets.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Acoustic duct and attenuators

Sound prevention in the duct system is most important. City installations may need acoustic ducts to prevent external noise from entering the dwelling or fan noise must be prevented from carrying through the duct system to the occupants. These are typical applications for acoustic treatment.
Heat Recovery Ventilation
Low line galvanised steel duct

In some very confined situations an ultra low profile duct is necessary. These ducts are produced in depths of 40mm or 25mm and widths of 200mm, 300mm or 400mm to give the necessary air flow. This form of duct does have higher air flow resistance than the more usual circular systems so should only be used in problem areas.
